And it’s not small numbers either.

The usual situation – the culprits walk away unscathed – the creditors take the hit.

It was a very good site for info plus buying/selling. Richard Barnes did a good job as the franchise holder of Anglo Info Brittany.

5 Million quid of debt and just 700 quid in the bank after employees are paid off ! – someone somewhere is sitting on a beach laughing their socks off

well it’s a lot to some people, and many of the creditors will not really be able to take a “hit”, so at the end of the day someone, somewhere has made a load of dosh, while others suffer

if they just walked into a house and took it it would be stealing, but apparently this way it is all legit

over the years my company has nearly folded twice because of debts from people/firms like this, I even took a cleaning Job for a while, so that I could keep paying my staff, and not draw a salary myself, so excuse me if I am not very understanding about the people who benefit from this kind of thing …………..

I’m sure many of us have been in that position WCB though some of us haven’t been as fortunate as yourself in escaping the worst.

It was moderated by the Gestapo apart from the last few months it was running, then there was hardly any moderation.
