I freely admit I am technophobic. All I want to do is add on emoticons in my posts, like everyone else seems to be able to do easily. When I click on one, all that happens is the word comes up on screen, instead of a friendly little face. What am I doing wrong?

Hey newmiltonian- I like your ‘glass half full’ way of thinking. Must remember that one!

As my man says to his stagiares doing their induction ‘If you genuinely don’t know, than it is not a stupid question…’ ;-)
