I am hoping someone on UIB can help me solve my dilemma.
When i used to receive emails from French companies, ie edf, saur, etc. Under the senders name it said google translate, which was great, as it translated the email for me.
Now that has disappeared, and i now get a red lock.
Do you think it is due to me perhaps pressing a wrong key somewhere?
I am afraid i am not very good with computers, and only so the most minimal actions on it.
Many thanks for any help you may be able to give me.

What’s your email programme? Outlook, Windows Live mail, Thunderbird?

You could try adding this Translator for Outlook 2016 or this one for Outlook 2010. Clicking on the links I’ve given takes you to another webpage in a new tab, once you’re there, read and follow the instructions. Hope it helps.
