could do with a bit of advice from members with such experience I have a small property in a rural location close to Bourbriac set back from a lane rarely used apart from the local farm unfortunately at the back of my house part of my garden backs on to a neighbouring cottages garden when I had been in the house 2 years finally met my neighbour who ripped down the hedge between us putting up a 3ft 6 inch wire mesh on flimsey posts which not only exposed me to open views of a hideous corrugated barn took away my privacy and the possibility of my dogs getting out or the farm ones in. So I paid out over a thousand euros to fence down the side with wood panels and concrete posts all was good for several years.

Last year and this year the brambles and weeds are coming up and over the fence and intertwined with the fence the neighbour has put his property on sale with a local estate agent and when approached said he would contact the owner a reply came back for the agent to deal with it dispite several emails saying in hand since the 15th may no result a lot of promises but zilch I would welcome any advice or remedy I will go and see the Maries secretary next week and wonder if any on here have dealt with this problem before
