I would love to do running but seriously would probably collapse or worse. I am looking  (and have been for ages) for a keep fit class which could allow me to cope with my lack of fitness- looking around Gouarec , Corlay in fact wouldnt mind travelling a SHORT distance to.

Anyone know of such a class which can cater for anyone whose figure needs a fair bit of work

    Thanks

Very inspiring koat and it appears to have helped many people. I know my Goddaughter, a survivor of breast cancer, in her 40’s and mother of three children, has found running to be a salvation, she has run many charity runs and completed the London Marathon this year, so the video is completely accurate in portraying the difference it has made to the lives of those taking part in it.
