It was my son’s favourite Angel Delight, the caramel flavour one!

Tomorrow I might make a Chicken, onion and mushroom risotto , and there will still be enough left over for another meal!  Plus a Apple sponge for Pud!  :rose:

Ah that’s a shame SS. That happened to us, we had popped back to the UK for a few days, agent had the keys for viewings , and very kindly switched off all electrics when they left!  Whole of Christmas food totally thawed out by the time we returned. Got the Gallic shrug when we mentioned it!  :rose:

Can’t decide what to have tonight – it will be ‘pot luck’ what I pull out of the fridge/freezer/cupboard. Think it will be chicken in breadcrumbs with something. Or may be Fray Bentos pie (out of a tin, my husband loves them).

I have a craving now for Angel Delight – used to like butterscotch and also chocolate mint (not together!). Does anyone remember Dream Topping? – a powdered faux cream that you had to mix with milk or water (can’t remember which).
