Here’s the basic recipe I use to add to vegetables and meat stir fried in coconut oil (or oil of your choice) to make a Chinese flavoured meal served with noodles or rice: –

    1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
    2 tablespoons Rice Wine
    2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
    1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
    1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
    Smal pinch Chilli Flakes
    2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
    2 teaspoons Cornflour
    Grated Fresh Ginger
Zest & juice of a lime
    Handful of Cashew Nuts
Water (enough to make a juicy sauce, I add more as it cooks down if needed)
Sesame oil (added just before serving)

    Enjoy! :good:
