    Thanks for all the support. Its not that bad to do it. Pity no one else is having a go. A couple of mates of mine, BRETTS, are seeing how I go. They have opened a bloody book on me.

    Hi Boris

    Hats off to you, it is so difficult to do, I tried many times to give up as the hubby doesn’t smoke and would sneak to the greenhouse for a crafty one.
    I finally did it, it takes determination, and it sounds as though you have it. Keep up with the updates and we will support you.
    Put a load of fag butts in water and every time you fancy one smell it!!!!! And imagine that as your aftershave x

    You are doing really well, sounds yuck but all the flea you cough up put in a jar and measure the rubbish that is coming off of your lungs, I did it and it was gruesome. Hang in there, we re proud of you.

    Keep it up Boris, my Brother has COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) caused through being a heavy smoker for many years, he has real problems with his breathing at times.
