    Thanks

Do you both have bowel problems BE?  I’ve heard that the stuff at the bottom of a birds cage is good for that!

Agree with BE and PJ. Is it any wonder it causes the trotts, it was introduced by a partnership of Rank Hovis McDougall and ICI the chemicals company.

Horrible stuff! And it has the most unfortunate effect on us – wet and windy . . . .   ;-)

Tried it to make a spag bol when we were on diets, as it was advertised on tv.

Absolutely disgusting! Rather be fat  :good:

Chatted with friends who eat this type of product and got these replies.

Seen as a soya mince and products in Intermarche, in the chiller section.

Look for Sojasun, Bjorg or Tivall.

    Hope that this helps!

According to the tinternet, Quorn is a fungus found in soil and is produced in a way similar to beer making i.e fermentation. So at least it’s a natural product compared to a lot of other processed foods.

Sounds much more palatable than say, commercially produced chicken nuggets….

    I quite like it too…
