Does anyone know how to do this? I didn’t realise it needed doing every year until now, the point where I actually want to use it and have just realised it expired last February! The RSI site is as clear as mud. Why don’t they just send the new one?
Have you tried to update it in a terminal “borne” (see picture bellow) ? You can find them in chemist, hospital …
As far as I know, it is a case of either going to the office for your health care (CPAM at Carhaix? Not sure with rsi) or the pharmacy and they will up date it for you. The card needs to be renewed when you have a change in circumstances or there is a change in legislation that relates to you, not once a year. It’s not a problem, ask at your pharmacy first.
Ah, some things can be simple! There’s an hour I’ll never get back trawling around RSI/RMPI/ Assurance Maladie type sites.

Just ‘mise a jour’ it by putting it into the machines that are everywhere. We always do ours in our local Pharmacy. They even have them in hospital reception areas too. It takes about 10 seconds.
Pharmacist does ours for us if it needs doing, Never says anything just puts it in the machine
