And who will all this be down to if it all comes to pass?

The succession of useless self-obsessed UK governments of all colours who are only interested in getting re-elected.

Look at the last 3 years of chaos re Brexit – a shambles.

And be very sure that the NHS cannot survive in it’s present form for much longer – both my daughter and her OH who work in the NHS in management roles say this. Some sort of partnership with private medicine is on the cards – it’s inevitable.

I think that it is the NHS management that is overblown and costs a lot of money.

Top-heavy with admin according to my ma in law who worked as a nurse  in the service all her life, retiring when she was 72.

Funny how trump ditched farage so quickly after he got elected. He tried so hard to get his foot in the door but to no avail.

farage keeps turning up like a bad smell wherever he sees a chance to get publicty and boost his ego but who can take him seriously when he drifts in and out of politics on a whim.

Not to mention the colossal wastage in every area of the NHS.

Blimey. All I’ve ever heard since I was a lad back in the early seventies is top heavy with management, wasteful, snowed under by pen pusher’s. Compared to other health services the NHS offers a decent service at a budget price, always grossly under funded by the Tories and used as some sort of political point scorer. It may not be perfect but its certainly cheap.

What a farce . Trump tells lies at the drop of a hat and then backtracks , has no knowledge of what he is talking about or looking at but is made to feel welcome by the ruling class in the England because they need someone to turn to after Brexit.

A sad sight “those people” walking like the living dead to the state banquet , with one poor soul curtsying as anything that might be classified as royal, passed .

Piles of cash available , but not for those that need it .
