we have had our house insured through Allianz since we bought it, 4 years ago.

However, I have been unable to successfully paid the premium using the Tip for the last two years.

the instructions say detach the TIP, sign and date it and send it back in the envelope, which I did.  It also says Attach an RIB if you have changed your bank details, which we haven’t.

Last year I did this and they sent it back saying RIB missing, but I rang them and paid online.

this year, they have again returned the TIP saying RIB missing.

i am pretty sure they have our bank details as I thought we were setting up a DD with them. The initial payment and first renewal went through with no problems.

so, I suspect, for some reason, they need our bank details.

Do I send a copy of our RIB or just write it on the form?

    thanks….

I order for the TIP to work – like a cheque – it has to have the bank details printed on it! If it, hasnt just include a cheque with the tip!
