UK March budget in tatters?

Considering the cost of this epidemic to the country, I was wondering just how many of last months budget promises will be fulfilled.
My guess is none, the country will be on its knees and an emergency budget will have to be made as soon as this epidemic is ended.
The government has already mentioned tax increases.
Tax increases for the poor and just managing tax cuts for the rich because” it will be they who will pull the country through”
All because Johnson and co were unable to get their act together early on leaving the country totally unprepared
